Apart Dengg Terms and Conditions
Our prices include VAT, excluding tourist tax (€ 2.60 per person/night or € 3.20 from 1.12.2025) and final cleaning of € 120 - 150 per stay.
Your reservation confirmed in writing by us becomes binding only upon receipt of the advance payment of 40% of the total amount.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, check-out until 9:00 AM. Earlier check-in or later check-out possible upon request.
Crib in the apartment upon request. (€ 25/day)
Pets welcome by arrangement. Costs of € 10 to € 20 apply depending on animal size.
Our General Terms and Conditions are agreed upon!
The accommodation contract can be terminated without paying a cancellation fee by unilateral declaration of either contracting party up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date.

Cancellation Fees

To ensure you are well protected in case of an emergency and do not suffer any financial disadvantages, we recommend taking out travel insurance with European Travel Insurance! You can take out the insurance directly with your booking.
