Pricing Overview

• All stated prices include VAT, except for the local tax (€ 3.20 per person/night) and final cleaning of € 120 - 150 per booking.

• Your reservation confirmed in writing by us becomes binding only upon receipt of the advance payment of 40% of the total amount.

• Arrival from 3:00 PM, departure until 9:00 AM. Different times possible by arrangement.

• Cot on request (€ 25/day)

• Pets welcome by arrangement. Costs of € 10 to € 20 apply depending on animal size.

• The accommodation contract can be terminated without payment of a cancellation fee by a unilateral declaration by one of the contracting parties up to three months before the agreed date of arrival at the latest.

• Cancellation costs according to the following scheme:

  • up to 1 month before arrival day 40% of the total price

  • up to 1 week before arrival day 70% of the total price

  • in the last week before arrival day 90% of the total price

  • in case of non-appearance, 100% of the accommodation costs will be charged

• For optimal protection against unforeseen events and financial risks, we recommend taking out travel insurance with European Travel Insurance! This can be arranged directly when making your booking.
