Pricing Overview

All stated prices include VAT, except for the local tax (€ 3.20 per person/night) and final cleaning of € 120 - 150 per booking.

Your reservation confirmed in writing by us becomes binding only upon receipt of the advance payment of 40% of the total amount.

Arrival from 3:00 PM, departure until 9:00 AM. Different times possible by arrangement.

Cot on request (€ 25/day)

Pets welcome by arrangement. Costs of € 10 to € 20 apply depending on animal size.

The accommodation contract can be terminated without payment of a cancellation fee by a unilateral declaration by one of the contracting parties up to three months before the agreed date of arrival at the latest.

Cancellation costs according to the following scheme:

up to 1 month before arrival day 40% of the total price

up to 1 week before arrival day 70% of the total price

in the last week before arrival day 90% of the total price

in case of non-appearance, 100% of the accommodation costs will be charged

For optimal protection against unforeseen events and financial risks, we recommend taking out travel insurance with European Travel Insurance! This can be arranged directly when making your booking.
