Price information
- The prices do not include the local tax of € 2,20 per person and night and the final cleaning of € 120 to € 150 per stay.
- Our booking confirmation is only valid after we have received your 40% deposit (of the total booking)
- Check-in is possible from 03.00 p.m. on arrival date, Check-out no later than 09.00 a.m. on departure date. Earlier arrivals or later departures are possible on request.
- Cots on request (€ 25,-/day)
- Pets are allowed on request. The charge is € 6,00 for smaller and € 12,00 for bigger pets.
- Our General Terms of Business shall apply!
- CANCELLATION CHARGES
- up to 1 month before arrival date 40 % of the total cost of accommodation;
- up to 1 week before arrival date 70 % of the total cost of accommodation;
- within 1 week of arrival date 90 % of the total cost of accommodation.
- no show on arrival date will be charged with the total cost of the stay
- In the event that you need to cancel due to any unforeseen circumstances or are getting ill whilst on holiday having insurance can be invaluable. So you can also insure your journey against the risk of non-departure directly during the booking process on our homepage.
